Free shipping on all orders over $90.

Delivery can take between 3 to 7 business days within metro areas & additional time for regional areas. For precise delivery times please track your package using the tracking number provided.

The New Flame does not take responsibility for incorrect address input on the users end. We kindly ask you to check all your details before completing your order. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

The New Flame will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
